摘　　要：鉴于法学本科毕业生就业难现象,通过建立"法学本科生‘三考多元化’就业指导模式",提供专业化、多元化和个性化就业指导服务,促进法学本科毕业生充分就业和发展。同时,阐明该模式基本内涵、重要意义和实践成果。In view of the phenomenon that the law undergraduates have difficulties job hunting,we published this paper which provides specialized,diversified and personalized vocational guidance services and further increase the law school undergraduates＇ full- employment rate and career development chance by establishing undergraduate students diversified vocational guidance mode. Meanwhile,the paper introduces the basic connotation,important significance and practical results of this mode.
