摘 要:运用教学实验法,随机抽取某校2014级公共体育课程1个男生班级,共50名男生,在完成计划教学内容后,以800m跑为干预手段,以1学期为实验周期,观察此一干预手段对增强大学生身体素质的实际效果。结果显示,学生下肢爆发力量、速度、耐力得到提高,干预效果显著。研究认为:在体育课程中,通过改革学生的考核评价机制,强化跑步训练的锻炼效果,能有效提高大学生的身体素质,且简单易行,是提高大学生身体素质的可行性手段。Through literature study,mathematical statistics,one class in Grade 2013 made up of 50 freshmen majoring in public physical education in Hubei Normal Institute was chosen to conduct an experiment on the effects of track and field running intervention on the enhancement of the college students'physical fitness.800 meter run was used as intervention for one semester after the teaching plan was completed.It was shown that the students'explosive strength,speed and endurance were improved.The survey held that the students'physical fitness could be improved by changing the assessment mechanism and strengthening the effect of running training.
