自制离子液体键合固相微萃取涂层分析水样中的苯胺类化合物

摘　　要：建立了顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱法（HS-SPME-GC）测定水样中5种苯胺类化合物的方法。采用溶胶-凝胶法,加入自制的离子液体键合固相微萃取涂层,优化了萃取温度、萃取时间、p H值、离子强度、解吸温度及解吸时间。在最优化的条件下,苯胺类化合物的线性范围在1～100μg/L,检测限为0.5～500 ng/L,相对标准偏差（RSD）不大于9%,加标回收率为96.2%～101.0%。A method for the determination of five anilines in water samples has been developed by headspace solid-phase microextraction with gas chromatography（ HS-SPME-GC）. A homemade ionic liquid（ IL） bonded solid-phase microextraction（ SPME） coating was added by the sol-gel methods to optimize extraction temperature and time,the p H,the ionic strength,the adsorption temperature and the adsorption time. Under optimized conditions,the linear range of anilines is 1 ～ 100 pg / L,the detection limit 0. 5 ～ 500 ng / L,the relative standard deviations（ RSD） no more than 9%,and the recovery rate 96. 2%- 01. 0%.
