摘　　要：在微时代,高职院校图书馆在信息资源服务理念方面,要体现学生读者为中心,主动适应学生关键能力的形成,坚持走个性化发展之路。在信息资源服务模式方面,服务内容、服务方式和服务手段要立足微时代信息服务特征和高职院校图书馆特色进行创新。In micro era,the library information resource service in higher vocational colleges should take student readers as center,take the initiative to adapt to the formation of students＇ key abilities and adhere to the personalized development road.In the aspect of information resource service model,service content,service methods and means should be innovated based on the characteristics of the information service in micro era and features of higher vocational college libraries.
