美国公益慈善事业发达的伦理探缘

摘　　要：美国公益慈善事业的发达是多种机缘和要素聚合的结果,伦理是其中要素之一。美国注重培育先进的公益伦理理念,努力促进公益伦理制度化,大力推进公益伦理实践化。对于还处于"幼年期"的中国公益伦理,美国的经验具有借鉴意义,我们需要加强现代公益伦理理念宣传普及工作,加强公益伦理制度化、专业化建设,大力推进社区公益,促进公益伦理实践化、全民化。A lot of opportunities and reasons cause the prosperity of American public welfare and philanthropy,one of which is ethical.The United States pays attention to cultivate advanced concept of public welfare ethics and vigorously promotes the institutionalization and practice of it.To China＇s public welfare ethics which is still in＂infancy＂,we need to draw lessons from the experience of the United State,strengthen popularization and propaganda work of the modern public welfare ethics,enhance its institutionalization,specialization,popularization practice and vigorously promote public welfare for community.
