摘  要:目的:探讨抑癌基因WWOX和FHIT蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达和意义.方法:对68例口腔鳞癌标本应用免疫组织化学SP法检测WWOX和FHIT蛋白在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达.结果:68例口腔鳞癌中WWOX蛋白阳性率为44.1%(30/68),FHIT阳性率为72.1%(49/68),低于正常口腔组织(66.7%,100%);两基因表达与口腔鳞癌组织学分化程度相关,但与肿瘤发生部位、年龄和性别无明显统计学差异;WWOX和FHIT二者的蛋白表达成正相关性.结论:WWOX和FHIT在口腔鳞癌的发生发展过程中起着一定协同抑癌作用.Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression and significance of WWOX and FHIT in normal oral membrane and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical staining using SP method was carried out to detect the expression of WWOX and FHIT in 68 cases of OSCC and 12 cases of normal oral membrane. Results: Both WWOX and FHIT were found to be expressed in the normal oral membrane (66.7% ,100% ). Of the 68 cases of OSCC, 30 (44.1%) expressed WWOX and 49 (72.1% ) expressed FHIT. The expression incidences of FHIT and WWOX in OSCC were found to be significantly lower than that in the normal oral membrane, and this was associated with histological differentiation degree, but not with tumor location, age and sex. However, expressions of FHIT and WWOX in OSCC tissues were positively correlated to each other. Conclusion : Tumor suppress genes WWOX and FHIT may both play important roles in synergistic inhibition of OSCC.
