摘 要:为杜绝车载危险品在运输过程中发生泄露、丢失和爆炸等恶性事故,探讨了一类远程实时动态跟踪监控系统。文中剖析了产生恶性事故的原由,针对恶性事故产生的条件和触发因素讨论了系统的架构,基于GPS定位与GPRS通信,设计了车载数据采集收发终端和监控中心的通信、电子地图加载、数据库以及监控报警等功能模块,实现了一个实时的动态跟踪监控系统原型。初步试验验证了该监控系统能完成车载危险品在途的远程动态跟踪监控功能。研究表明:实时动态跟踪监控系统可为车载危险品在途运输安全提供有效的技术支撑。In order to put an end to malignant accidents caused by leakage,loss and explosion. of hazardous goods of vehicle in transportation process,the paper explored a kind of remote real-time dynamic track monitoring system. In the paper,it made the anatomy of the reason resulted in malignant accidents,and discussed the system architecture aimed at the conditions and trigger factors of malignant accidents caused,and based on the combination between GPS positioning and GPRS communication,we designed the transceiver terminal of vehicle data acquisition and the functional modules such as communication,electronic map loading,database and monitoring alarm and so on in monitoring center, and realized a prototype of real-time dynamic track monitoring system. The preliminary test demonstrated that it could complete the remote dynamic tracking and monitoring function of transportation-in hazardous goods in vehicle. Research shows that it can provide effectivetechnical support for security of transportation-in hazardous goods of vehicle.
