摘  要:以高速动车制动盘系统为研究对象,提出表征制动盘表面温度场变化的结构因子。应用有限元软件分别对3种不同形状和3种不同排布方式的闸片结构进行热-机耦合分析,通过有限元分析结果验证结构因子可用于制动盘温度场及应力场变化的预测。结果表明:对于不同形状和不同排布方式闸片的结构因子均可以表征闸片的温度场和应力场的变化趋势,通过调整闸片排布方式进而改善制动盘的温度场分布和应力场分布;制动盘上的热分布和应力分布相互影响,而热变化对制动块应力变化影响很小。With the high speed electric multiple unit brake disc system as the research object,the structure factor was proposed to analyze the surface temperature distribution of the brake disc. The thermal mechanical coupling analysis was respectively carried out for three different shapes and three different arrangement of brake pad structure by using the finite element software. The finite element analysis results verified that the structure factor can be used to predict the change of temperature field and stress field. The results show that the change of temperature field and stress field of brake pads can be characterized by the structure factor of brake pads for different shapes and different arrangement,and by adjusting the brake pad arrangement,the brake disc temperature field and stress field distribution can be improved. The thermal distribution and the stress distribution of the brake disc are interrelated,but the effect of heat change on the stress change of the brake pad is very small.
