摘 要:为研究不同来源木聚糖酶对初始体重为(4.02±0.02)g的芙蓉鲫幼鱼部分血液指标和消化酶活性的影响,以基础饲料为对照组,在基础饲料中分别添加10g/kg里氏木霉液态深层发酵生产的木聚糖酶(里氏木霉组)、10 g/kg黑曲霉固态发酵生产的木聚糖酶(黑曲霉组)、10 g/kg毕赤酵母液态深层发酵生产的木聚糖酶(毕赤酵母组),配制4种等氮等脂饲料,饲喂8周。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,黑曲霉组、毕赤酵母组血糖含量分别提高26.36%、62.57%,甘油三酯含量分别提高189.53%、136.05%(P〈0.05);三个试验组淀粉酶活力提高19.40%~31.69%(P〈0.05);里氏木霉组脂肪酶活力提高155.21%(P〈0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加不同发酵来源的木聚糖酶可提高芙蓉鲫的消化能力,能提供更多的能量,有利于提高饲料利用率,且里氏木霉组效果最佳。A8 weeks feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of adding different sources of xylanase on part of blood indicators,digestive enzymes of furong crucian with initial bodyweight of (4.02±0.02)g.The basaldiet was set as the control group.All the other groups were supplemented with 10 g/kg xylanase from liquid submerged fermentation of trichoderma viride,10 g/kg xylanase of aspergillus niger pure solid fermentation production,10 g/kg xylanaseof pichia liquid submerged fermentation production.The results showed that the blood glucose of furong crucian in the aspergillus niger group and the pichia pastoris group was 26.36%,62.57% higher than that of control group (P〈0.05);Triglyceride of furong crucian in the aspergillus niger group and pichia pastoris group was 189.53%,136.05% higer thanthat of control group (P〈0.05);.The total cholesterol of furong crucian in the trichoderma reesei group and pichia pastorisgroup was 13.70%,16.30% lower than that of control group (P〈0.05);.Compared with the control group,blood urea nitrogen of furong crucian in the trichoderma reesei group was improved by 33.26%,but that of aspergillus niger group andpichia pastoris group was decreased by 41.19%,46.70%(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group,amylase of furongcrucian in all experiment groups was improved 19.40% -31.69%,the lipase activity of the trichoderma reesei group wasimproved 155.21%(P〈0.05).These results suggested that the feed supplemented with xylanase significantly improved thedigestive ability of furong crucian,provided more energy,improved feed utilization rate.The aspergillus niger group was better than others.
