摘　　要：企业家能力作为市场经济最为稀缺的资源要素,对企业的影响全面而重大。文章在梳理文献的基础上,首先对企业家能力对企业影响的基本研究脉络进行概括;然后,针对企业家能力对绩效与对未来成长性的影响两个主要方面的研究成果进行概括,深入分析总体的研究脉络,探析研究的演进过程及取得的进展;最后,对上述研究动态进行评述,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望,以期对相关研究提供有益的参考与借鉴。As the most scarce resource elements of market economy,entrepreneurship affects enterprise comprehensively and significantly.First,the paper summarizes the related research on how entrepreneurship affects enterprise;then,it focuses on two researches of ＂Impact of entrepreneurship on firm performance＂ and ＂Impact of entrepreneurship on the growth of enterprise＂;At last,it reviews the above dynamic,outlooks the future development trend,hoping to provide a useful reference based on related research.
