摘 要:轴箱是列车走行部分的重要部件,轴箱螺栓用于轴箱体和轴箱盖的联接,其强度是否满足要求直接影响列车运行安全。现以铁路轨检车轴箱螺栓为分析对象,依据机械设计手册及VDI2330准则所规定的螺栓强度校核要求及标准,完成了轨检车轴箱螺栓的静强度分析及疲劳强度分析。结合Hypermesh和ABAUQS软件建立了轨检车轴箱螺栓与端盖联接的非线性有限元模型,并完成了考虑预紧力作用的螺栓强度分析。计算结果表明:轨检车轴箱螺栓完全满足静强度和疲劳强度标准,且其能够承受的最大端盖质量为759.244 7 kg。Axle box is a most important component of vehicle bogie. The strength of the bolt fastened to axle box and box cover directly affects the train operation safety. According to the requirement and standard of the bolt strength specified in mechanical design manual and rules of VDI2330,this paper analyzes its static strength and fatigue strength and uses Hyper mesh and ABAUQS software to establish the nonlinear finite element model of the railway track inspection vehicle. Its axle box and box cover is fastened by the bolts,and then the bolt strength is analyzed under the proload foce. Research result shows that it completely meets the satefy specifications and its maximum fatigue strength is up to 759.244 7 kg.
