摘 要:路锥的整体收放机构安装在车架上,在正常工作时由于发动机激励的作用会对机构产生振动影响。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对整体收放机构进行了模态分析,得到机构的各阶固有频率和振型图,并与发动机激励产生的振动频率相比较,发现丝杠的变形较大,刚度不够。所以从丝杠尺寸和支承方式等方面进行改进,再次利用软件ABAQUS进行模态分析,得到改进之后机构不会与发动机产生共振且丝杠变形量相对减少,满足设计要求。Overall retractable mechanism is mounted on the frame. In its normal working,due to the exciting force of the engine the mechanism produce vibration. ABAQUS finite element software is used for the modal analysis of the overall retractable mechanism to obtain the natural frequencies and mode shapes. The natural frequency is compared with its resonant frequency. This paper finds of at the screw largely deforms and its stiffness is not enough. Therefore,it is improved in terms of its sizes and the support methods and the software ABAQUS is used again to do the modal analysis. The result shows that the body does not produce resonance with improved engines and the screw deformation is relatively reduced and it meets the design requirements.
