摘　　要：旅游公共信息服务网站作为旅游公共信息的重要载体,其信息服务质量的优化对于旅游公共信息服务体系的完善尤为关键。本研究采用扎根理论研究方法对旅游者的网络旅游信息需求进行分析,构建旅游者网络旅游信息需求维度,并提出旅游公共信息服务网站信息服务质量的优化建议。Both the existing national tourism policy and the forthcoming ＂Thirteenth five- year＂plan stresses the importance of tourism public information service system. The information service quality optimization of tourism public information service website,which is one important carrier of tourism public information,is especially crucial for the improvement of tourism public information service system. This study analyzed tourists＇ online tourism information and constructed a model of it by the method of grounded theory,and the optimization recommendations of the information service quality of tourism public information service website are finally proposed.
