摘 要:通常超载情形下,某载重车车轮常因强度无法满足要求而产生破坏。针对上述问题,利用APDL语言编写建模程序,以弯曲疲劳试验的力学模型为基础,快速有效建立车轮等效力学模型来进行强度分析。在弯曲疲劳试验机上对车轮进行应力应变电测试验,将有限元结果与试验结果进行比较验证前者的正确性。以车轮危险点的最大应力为目标函数,在轮辋厚度基本不变的情况下,优化轮辐形状和通风孔的位置,使危险点的最大应力降低了11.52%,从而提高了车轮的承载重量和寿命。Under the condition of overload, the wheel of truck is often damaged because it can not meet the requirements of strength. For this issue, the modeling program is wrote by using APDL language, based on the mechanical model of bending fatigue test, the equivalent mechanical model of the wheel is rapidly and effectively established to carry out the strength analy-sis. The stress and strain test of the wheel is carried out in the bending fatigue testing machine. The finite element is compare with test result to verify the correctness of the finite element results. The thickness of the wheel rim is constant, the maximum stress of the dangerous point is used as objective function. The shape of wheel spokes and the location of vent holes are opti-mized. The maximum stress of the dangerous point is reduced by 11. 52%, which improves the load weight and life span of the wheel.
