摘　　要：根据多年教学经验,打破传统教学模式,总结并建立了"切削层变形的观察和测量"的计算机辅助实验教学。"切削层变形的观察和测量"是大学机械制造专业金属切削原理课的重要内容,也是机制专业学生认识和掌握切削机理的重要环节之一,在机械制造业中具有很强的实用性。以往采取的数据处理方法繁琐且准确性差,数据分析不直观,导致学生对复杂、抽象的教学内容理解困难。该课采用计算机辅助教学后,有效改变了此状况,学生的学习兴趣浓厚,学习成绩也获得了大幅提升。The author of this paper, according to the teaching experience of the course for many years, has broken the traditional teaching mode and has established the computer aided experimental teaching of 'The observation and measurement of cutting layer deformation'. The observation and measurement of cutting layer deformation, it is the important content of the metal cutting principle in University machinery manufacturing. It is also one of the important links in the mechanism of students' understanding and mastery of cutting mechanism. In the past, the data processing method is tedious and the accuracy is poor, the data analysis is not intuitive. Students' understanding of complex and abstract teaching content is difficult.After the class uses Computer Assisted Instruction, effectively changed this situation, students learning interest, a substantial increase in performance.
