摘　　要：在区域基础教育质量保障机制建设中,明确保障主体是构建机制的首要环节。在区域基础教育质量保障活动中,区域政府、学校、专业的教育科研机构等多方力量之间对区域基础教育质量的认识和需求存在一定的差异,因此,区域基础教育质量保障机制的构建必须要从多元融合的视角,对保障主体的类型、关系和结构进行深入剖析,才能促进区域基础教育质量保障的健康发展。In the construction of quality guarantee mechanismof regional basic education, it is clear that the main part of themechanism is to specify the guarantee subject. Due to tile insufficient understanding of regional basic education by the reginalgovernment, schools and professional research institutions, the construction of guarantee system must be from multi perspective of theregional basic education and thedeep analysis of the types, relationship and structure should be carried out to ensure the healthydevelopment of quality guarantee system of regional basic education.
