广西面向基层医药卫生信息服务的支撑体系及推广应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨广西面向基层医学信息服务的支撑体系及其推广应用价值。方法广西医学科学情报研究所在广西卫生计生委统一规划部署下,组建广西基层医学信息服务的支撑体系,通过搭建广西特色医学文献与期刊公共服务平台(www.gxmi.net)为基层医务人员提供医疗信息服务,并在广西30个贫困县基层医院及乡镇卫生院推广应用。结果广西基层医学信息服务的推广应用成效显著,从2011年9月开通服务至2015年10月,在广西特色医学文献与期刊公共服务平台已有85个企业账户注册,个人会员达到7 500位,用户几乎涵盖广西各基层边远的县级医院和乡镇卫生院。据统计累计访问达1 686 508人次,累计下载文献1 185 768篇。基层医务人员发表论文及委托进行科技查新数量呈上升趋势。结论广西面向基层医学信息服务的支撑体系对促进基层医务人员的医学信息服务起到积极作用,具有推广应用价值。Objective To explore the support system of grasst, oots-oriented medical information service in Guangxi and its application value. Methods Based on the unified layout and arrangement made by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Health and Family Planning Commission,Guangxi Medical Information Institute built an support system of grassroots-oriented medical information service in Guangxi, and provided the medical information service for grassroots medical staff by setting up a public service platform of characteristic medical literatures and journals of Guangxi （ www. gxmi. net ） , and the public service platform was applied and popularized in the hospitals in 30 poverty counties,including grassroots hospitals and township hospitals. Results The popularization and application of medical information services in the primary hospitals of Guangxi acquired a remarkable effect. From September 2011, when the service started, to October 2015, there were 85 business accounts and 7 500 individual members who had registered in the public service platform of characteristic medical literatures and journals of Guangxi, which covered almost all of the grassroots county hospitals and township hospitals in Guangxi. The statistical results showed that the accumulative visitors amounted to 1 686 508 ,and the downloaded literatures added up to 1 185 768. The number of published papers whose authors were grassroots medical staff increased, and of sci-teeh novelty retrieval whose clients were grassroots medical staff increased as well. Conclusion The support system of grassroots-oriented medical information service in Guangxi plays a positive role in promoting medical information services for grassroots medical staff,which is valuable to popularization and application.
