摘 要:目的探讨CEUS技术在鉴别心脏良、恶性肿瘤中的应用。方法选取38例确诊为心脏肿瘤的患者,行心脏CEUS检查,分析造影后肿瘤的造影特征。结果良、恶性肿瘤的CEUS半定量及定量指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。24例良性肿瘤中,造影后8例(8/24,33.33%)边缘不光整;8例(8/24,33.33%)呈不均匀增强;4例(4/24,16.67%)呈高增强。14例恶性肿瘤中,造影后14例(14/14,100%)边缘均不光整且呈不均匀增强;10例(10/14,71.43%)呈高增强。结论造影后肿瘤边缘特征、增强均匀性及增强程度有助鉴别诊断心脏良、恶性肿瘤,CEUS结合常规超声及临床可提高其诊断准确性。Objective To assess the application of CEUS in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant cardiac tumors.Methods Contrast echocardiography were performed in 38 patients diagnosed as cardiac tumors.The enhancement characteristics were evaluated.Results Half-quantitative and quantitative analysis had significant difference in benign and malignant tumors(all P〈0.05).In 24 benign cardiac tumors,8cases(8/24,33.33%)were with unsmooth boundaries,8cases(8/24,33.33%)were inhomogeneously enhanced,4cases(4/24,16.67%)showed highly enhanced.In 14 malignant cardiac tumors,14cases(14/14,100%)were with unsmooth boundaries and inhomogeneously enhanced,10cases(10/14,71.43%)displayed highly enhanced.Conclusion The characteristics of boundary,enhanced homogeneity and the enhancement degree can help differentiate benign and malignant cardiac tumors.CEUS associating with routine echocardiography can improve diagnostic accuracy.
