摘 要:目的探讨肺腺癌的神经内分泌分化(NED)的情况及与肺腺癌转移及分化程度的关系。方法收集辽宁省肿瘤医院2012年3月~2015年2月手术切除,并经病理切片证实为肺腺癌的病例96例,采用非生物素二步法免疫组化,检测不同生物学行为肺腺癌组织中神经内分泌分化特异性标记物,神经细胞粘附分子(CD 56)、嗜铬蛋白A(Cg A)和突触素(Syn)的表达情况。结果 96例肺腺癌中伴神经内分泌分化者21例(占21.88%),CD 56、Syn和Cg A阳性表达率分别为23.96%、20.83%和19.79%。CD 56、Syn阳性表达及神经内分泌分化与肿瘤分化程度和肿瘤淋巴结转移相关(P〈0.05),Cg A阳性表达及神经内分泌分化仅与肿瘤分化程度相关(P〈0.05)。结论肺腺癌伴有神经内分泌分化可以作为肿瘤转移及分化程度的判断指标之一。Objective To explore the neuroendocrine differentiation of neuroendocrine in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and tumor lymphatic metastasis and its correlation to cell differentiation degree and metastases. Methods Collected 96 patients who underwent surgical resection and confirmed by pathological biopsy of lung adenocarcinoma in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2015, using the immunohistochemical detection to detect the expression of biotin ldpe-g-nvp, such as Cg A, CD56 and Syn in lung adenocarcinoma tissue. Results Among the 96 patients, 21 cases(21.88%) appearred neuroendocrine differentiation, positive expression of CD 56, Syn and CgA were 23.96%, 20.83% and 19.79% respectively. The positive expression of CD56 and Syn were related to neuroendocrine differentiation, tumor differentiation degree and tumor lymphatic metastasis(P0.05), while positive expression of CgA was only related to neuroendocrine differentiation(P0.05). Conclusion Lung adenocarcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation can be used as a tumor metastasis and differentiation degree of judgment indicator.
