摘 要:为评价所选煤种的爆炸性,采用长管式煤粉爆炸性能测定仪测定煤粉火焰长度,并探讨煤粉预热、富氧、粒度、挥发分等对煤粉爆炸性的影响。试验研究表明:煤粉未预热时属于中强爆炸性煤,预热300℃后爆炸性显著增强;当介质含氧量在2%~21%时,煤粉表现弱爆炸性,当介质氧含量达到25%以上后,煤粉燃烧产生返回火焰,煤粉表现为强爆炸性;粒度越细,煤粉爆炸性越强烈;挥发分含量越高,其煤粉爆炸性越强烈,以期为强化喷煤燃烧提供参考性的建议。In order to evaluate the explosiveness of the coal type we selected,the long tube pulverized coal explosiveness analyzer was used to determine the flame length of pulverized coal,meanwhile,how the preheating of pulverized coal,enriched oxygen,size and volatile matter affected the explosiveness of pulverized coal was discussed.The experimental research showed that:when the pulverized coal were not preheated,it belonged to the medium-high explosiveness coal,when it was preheated to 300℃,the explosiveness increased dramatically;when the medium contained 2%~21% oxygen,the pulverized coal performed as week explosiveness;when the medium contained more than 25% oxygen,the pulverized coal combustion would produce return fire,the pulverized coal performed as strong explosiveness;the finer the granularity was,the stronger the explosiveness was,the higher the volatile matter content was,the stronger the explosiveness was.
