土木工程专业产学研用合作培养创新人才的研究与实践

摘　　要：分析了土木工程专业人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出了创新人才的研究与实践拟解决的基本思路、关键问题及改革的具体内容,确立了产学研用合作培养创新人才的新模式,结合自身优势与梅州当地建筑业相关单位所承担的工程项目实现直接对接,建立校企合作的实践教学体系,以此达到专业教师实践能力的提升,构建"双师型"教师队伍,培养出建筑业相关单位急需的创新型专业人才。This paper analyzes the major problems in the cultivation of civil engineering professional personnel.The basic ideas,key issues and reform were brought forward,and a new model of innovation talents had been established.In addition,combined its advantage and the engineering project undertaken by Meizhou local construction enterprises to establish a practical teaching system on the basis of co-operation between universities and enterprises so as to improve the practical competence of college teachers and construct a team of double certified teachers in the training of innovative talent which are needed by the construction enterprises.
