地方高校参与社区老人心理健康服务的对策初探

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,我国老龄化步伐的加剧,社区老人的心理健康服务需求也越来越旺盛,社区比较缺乏专业的心理工作人员,而地方高校拥有较为丰富的心理资源,若加以适当的利用,可以很好地弥补这一缺陷,文章将从社区老人的主要心理问题,地方高校拥有的心理资源,地方高校参与社区老人心理健康服务的具体对策等几个方面进行探讨。Along with the improvement of people＇ s living standard and the speeding up of the pace of the aging, there are much more needs for the mental health services of community elderly. In communities, there is a lack of psychological professional staff. However, local universities with their rich resources of psychology, if used properly, can fill the gaps perfectly. This paper will carry on the discussion from a few aspects such as the main mental problems of community elderly, the rich resources of psychology of local universities and the concrete strate- gies of local universities＇ participation in the mental health services for community elderly etc.
