加强重点学科建设提升医院核心竞争力的实践

摘　　要：学科建设是医院医疗水平的重要标志,其根本目的是加强医院的综合能力,提高医院的核心竞争力。笔者总结了北京大学第三医院在重点学科建设实践过程中,以重点学科和项目建设带动学科跨越发展,增加投入,合理配置资源,加强人才队伍建设等特色做法和经验,为推动医院内涵建设,提升核心竞争力提供借鉴和参考,同时有利于深化医院的区域示范与辐射作用。Discipline construction symbolizes hospital medical treatment level, and its main purpose is to enhance comprehensive ability and improve core competitiveness of a hospital. The authors summarize what happened in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Peking University in key discipline construction. With cross-discipline development led by key discipline and project construction,the Hospital increases input, rationally makes resource distribution, summarizes the practice of special characters and experience of enhancing talent team construction so as to promote connotation construction,provide reference for the improvement in core competitiveness,and simultaneously benefit the Hospital in playing the functions of regional example and radiation.
