摘 要:高风险诊疗操作发生意外或并发症的概率较普通手术高,而且一旦发生意外或治疗效果不满意,更容易发生医疗纠纷。笔者通过对北京大学第三医院2015年4例疑难重症患者多科室联合术前谈话案例的分析,探讨高风险诊疗项目"提前介入"管理模式的作用,充分尊重患者知情权,增进医患沟通,贯彻"以患者为中心"工作理念,不仅能起到加强临床科室、医务人员密切合作,确保医疗安全的作用,也能促进医院发展与社会和谐。The accidents and complications involved in high-risk diagnosis and treatment are higher than those in common operations,which results in accidents and unsatisfied therapeutic effect, and in turn,medical disputes. The authors analyze the 4 dubious and acute cases involving preoperative multi-department communication in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Peking University, and discuss"early intervention"in high-risk diagnosis and treatment by fully respecting patient's right of notification, improving doctorpatient communication, implementing"patient-oriented"idea,which strengthens close cooperation among clinical departments and medical workers,g uarantees medical safety and promotes hospital development and social harmony.
