摘　　要：介绍了一款2014年在国内上市的MPV车型,在量产后后悬架总成模块在主机厂以及供应商生产现场出现的质量问题,如后轮无制动力、后轮制动力衰减、减震器与车轮支架干涉、手刹拉索与纵臂干涉、车辆过坏路行驶异响、减震器与弹簧座干涉、制动油管螺栓变形等,并对质量问题原因进行了分析,给出了相应的解决措施。Introduces a 2014 listed in the domestic MPV,in mass production after the suspension assembly module in the host plant and supplier site quality problems,such as rear wheel without braking force,rear wheel braking force attenuation,interference of shock absorber and a wheel bracket,handbrake cable with the vertical arm interference,vehicle than a bad road abnormal sound,shock absorber and spring seat interference,brake pipe bolt deformation,and the causes of quality problems are analyzed and gives the corresponding solutions.
