摘  要:热浸锌钢板的锌层厚度是评估热浸锌钢板防腐性能的重要指标。为得出热浸锌钢板锌层厚度与浸锌时间之间的关系规律,从而精确地控制浸锌时间和锌层厚度,需要对不同厚度的钢板热浸锌进行研究。通过扫描电镜测定不同厚度钢板在不同浸锌时间的锌层厚度,得出相应的锌层厚度随浸锌时间变化的曲线,找出锌层厚度与浸锌时间之间的关系规律,并拟合得出锌层厚度与浸锌时间之间的关系系数值。结果表明,同一温度下,锌层厚度与浸锌时间之间呈类似线性的关系,随着钢板厚度的增加,锌层厚度增长的速度加快且锌层厚度增大。The zinc coating thickness of hot-dip galvanized steel plate is an important index to evaluate anti-corrosion performance of the plate. In order to obtain the relationship between zinc coating thickness and zinc dipping time in the hot-dipping and thereby to control the dipping time and coating thickness accurately,it is needed to study the hot-dip galvanizing of different thicknesse steel plate. In this paper,through SEM method,the zinc coating thickness of different thicknesses steel plate in different dipping time was measured,the corresponding curves between zinc coating thickness and dipping time were obtained,the rules of the relationship between zinc coating thickness and dipping time were found out and the coefficient value of the relationship between zinc coating thickness and dipping time was obtained by curve fitting method. The results showed that: under the same temperature,there was a similar linear relationship between the zinc coating thickness and dipping time,the growth of zinc coating thickness would speed up and its thickness would increase as the increasing of the steel plate thickness.
