摘　　要：工程能力是社会对信息学科高层次、高素质、复合型人才培养提出的新的要求,也是目前研究生培养过程中的薄弱环节。以社会需求为导向,以项目案例为载体,从全面修订信息学科研究生培养方案,改革教学方法,优化教学内容,开展翻转课堂教学,加强政校企深度合作,设立企业研究生工作站,实行校内外双导师制负责,加强研究生论文的过程管理和质量监控,创建高层次人才的跟踪评估反馈环节等方面进行探索和实践,以培养适应社会、科技和经济发展需要的高层次高素质工程应用型人才。Engineering capability is the requirement of information society,high level,high quality,the cultivation of compound talents,is the weak link in the process of graduate education. Taking the social demand as the guidance,with the project case as the carrier,fully revised information postgraduate training program,the reform of teaching methods,optimizing the teaching content,to carry out the flipped classroom teaching,to strengthen the political school enterprise cooperation,the establishment of enterprise graduate workstation,the implementation of the Double Tutorial System for high-level talents,To strengthen the process management and quality control of graduate paper,create the tracking assessment feedback and other aspects of exploration and reform,to adapt to the use of high-level engineering talents requires economic,technological and social development to cultivate.
