摘　　要：作为人的精神需要,人格尊严有着强烈的社会性,蕴含着丰富的社会价值。人格尊严的个体欲求及其顺利实现,对和谐社会的构建有着诸多良性作用。同时,它的实现亦有赖于社会的和谐与进步,需要社会提供物质、文化、制度等作为外在保障与支撑。as a person＇s spiritual needs,human dignity has a strong social nature,and contains rich social value. The individual desires and the smooth realization of the human dignity has many positive effects on the construction of a harmonious society. At the same time,the realization of it also depends on social harmony and progress,and needs the society to provide material,culture,institutions and so on as external protection and support.
