摘  要:在超声波作用下,采用酸性果胶酶、木聚糖酶、漆酶在介体N-羟基-N-苯基丙酰胺存在下对亚麻粗纱纤维进行预处理,探讨了酶用量、处理温度、处理时间及介体用量对亚麻粗纱纤维物理性能的影响。结果表明复合酶及介体最佳用量(对亚麻纤维质量)为:酸性果胶酶5%、木聚糖酶7%、漆酶7%、介体N-羟基-N-苯基丙酰胺2.5%,最佳处理温度为45℃,最佳反应时间为60 min。与传统煮练漂白工艺相比,超声波作用下复合酶及介体系统脱胶漂白后纤维的白度基本保持不变,但失重率、断裂强度均较传统处理法优秀。Acid pectinase, xylanase, laccase and mediator N-hydroxy-N-phenyl propanamide were applied in the pretreatment of linen roving under the ultrasonic radiation. The influences of the various enzyme concentration, treatment temperature, time and the amount of mediator on the indexes of the physical properties of the linen roving were discussed. The results showed that the optimum concentration of complex enzyme and mediator(by weight percentage of the linen fibers) were: acid pectinase 5%, xylanase 7%, laccase7% and mediator N-hydroxy-N-phenyl propanamide 2.5%, the temperature was 45 ℃, the time was 60 min.Compared with the conventional scouring bleaching process, the whiteness of linen fiber after degumming and bleaching by complex enzyme and mediator system under the ultrasonic radiation nearly remained unchanged, but the reduction rate and breaking strength were better than that of traditional method.
