摘　　要：介绍了地沟油的定义和对人体的危害以及我国地沟油的现状及其主要处理方法,从多个方面阐述了地沟油回收利用过程中存在的问题,并对此提出了一些建议。The definition and the harm to people＇s health are introduced, and the status quo of waste oil in China as well as the way to deal with it are presented. The paper makes a detailed discussion on the problems in the process of recycling waste oil and puts forward some suggestions.
