大鼠上食管粘膜CCK_A受体表达观察分析

摘　　要：目的了解大鼠CCK_A受体在上食管的分布情况,为探索食管动力异常提供理论依据。方法选择30只健康大鼠,随机分为I、II组,15只/组,I组为正常对照组,II组将制作为焦虑模型作为观察组。采用Western blot技术分别对两组检测有无CCK_A受体的表达及行定量分析。结果 CCK_A受体在对照组及观察组上食管括约肌的表达分别为15.267±0.190和14.968±0.379,二者间存在显著性差异P<0.05(t=2.720,P=0.011)。结论观察组CCK_A的受体表达量较对照组有所减少,具有明显差异,表明CCK_A受体可能与上食管括约肌收缩功能不足有关。Objective To provide theoretical basis for the esophageal dynamic anomaly,the distribution of CCK_A receptor in the upper esophageal of rats was determined. Methods 30 healthy rats were selected,we randomly diveded them into group I and group II（15 rats/group）,group I was control group and group II（maked model of anxiety was）observation group.The expression of CCK_Areceptor were detected by Western blot in two groups,and quantitative analysis were made. Results The expression of CCK_Areceptor was respectively 15.267±0.190 and 14.968±0.379 in control and observation group,shown significant difference P〈0.05（t=2.720,P=0.011）. Conclusion The expression of CCK_Areceptor in observation group is less than that in control group,shown significant difference.Then we speculate that CCK_Areceptor may be associated with the upper eaophageal sphincter.
