摘 要:《植物显微技术》是一门实践性较强的专业基础课。在各大高校缩减学时的形势下,为了在短时间内让学生更好地理解并掌握本课程,经过多年的探索和实践,总结出《植物显微技术》实验改革的"六化"模式:实验方案制度化、实验准备流程化、实验安排合理化、实验设计个性化、实验考核指标化、实验条件完善化。该模式应用后,激发了学生的积极主动性,提高了实验课堂的效率及学生的创新能力和科研能力。Plant microtechnique and microscopy is a basic course with strong practical characters, and also an important method in scientific research. Under the situation of drastic reduction of class hours in college, we carried out "6 standardization" for experimental course of plant microtechnique and microscopy by years of endeavor to help students to understand and master the course in a short time. The "6 standardizations" include institutionalization of experimental scheme, procession of experiment preparation, rationalization of experimental arrangement, individuation of experimental design, indexation of experimental examination and perfection of experimental condition. After application of this mode, the efficiency of the experimental course was improved. Moreover the students' learning enthusiasm was significantly stimulated and the ability of innovation and scientific research could be improved.
