摘　　要：在分析比较现有刨花板多层热压机液压系统供油管路的基础上,提出了优化设计方案,加大通油管径,提高热压机快速闭合速度,减少快速闭合时间,从而提高热压机生产效率,降低能耗。Based on the analysis of the current particleboard multilayer hot-press oil pipeline of the hydraulic system, the author propossed an optimized design scheme that increased oil pipe diameter, and thus greatly improved the compressor＇s quick closing speed, and reduced the quick closing time, effectively reduced the thickness of the slab of procuring layer, so as to improve the production efficiency and reducing energy consumption
