摘　　要：近十余年来,科学技术发展,设备器材更新,促进了根管治疗水平的迅速提高,使根管治疗效果实现了质的改进。本文就根管治疗成功3要素即认识根管、充分预备、严密充填进行了总结分析。Over the past ten years, with the progress of science and technology and improvement of equipment, the root canal treatment level has been promoted rapidly, and the root canal treatment effect has realized qualitative improvement. The 3 elements for the success of the root canal therapy which were the understanding of the root canal, sufficient preparation, close obturation were summarized and analyzed in this paper.
