运用模糊综合评判法评价口腔医生职业防护的研究

摘　　要：目的研究口腔医生对职业防护措施的认知情况,为保障其职业安全提供决策信息。方法对52家非营利性医疗机构(50家综合医院、2家口腔专科医院)和75家营利性医疗机构(7家综合门诊部、68家口腔诊所)的127名口腔医生进行横断面问卷调查,运用模糊综合评判法从医疗安全的角度对职业防护进行定量分析。结果非营利性医疗机构医生职业防护评价优、良、中、差的隶属度分别为0.35、0.35、0.30、0.17,按最大隶属度原则进行评判,综合评价结果介于"优"和"良"之间。营利性医疗机构医生职业防护评价优、良、中、差的隶属度分别为0.15、0.35、0.32、0.30,按最大隶属度原则,综合评价结果为"良"。结论营利性医疗机构的口腔医生比非营利性医疗机构的口腔医生职业防护略显薄弱,有必要针对诊疗过程完善前瞻性的干预措施。Objective To investigate the perception of dentists＇ concerning on measures of occupational protection and provide decision information for enhancing the occupation security. Methods 127 dentists from 52 non-profit hospitals（ 50 stomatology department in general hospitals and 2 stomatological hospitals） and 75 profit-making hospitals（ 7 outpatient departments in general hospitals and 68 dental clinics） were involved in the cross-sectional questionnaire survey.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied for quantitative analysis to evaluate the factor of occupational protection. Results The results showed that the ＂excellent＂ and ＂good＂ probability of occupational protection in non-profit hospitals were 0. 35, while the probability of ＂fair＂ and ＂poor＂ were 0. 30 and 0. 17. According to the maximum membership principle, the comprehensive evaluation result was between ＂excellent＂ and ＂good＂. The probability of ＂excellent＂, ＂good＂, ＂fair＂ and ＂poor＂ in non-profit hospitals were 0. 15, 0. 35, 0. 32 and 0. 3 respectively, and the comprehensive evaluation result was good. Conclusion Awareness occupational protection among dentists in profit-making hospitals is slightly weaker when compared with non-profit hospitals. It is necessary to develop some available intervention measures to guarantee the occupational security for dentists utmost.
