摘  要:目的:探讨3D高清腹腔镜在妇科子宫肌瘤手术中的应用价值。方法:选择2014年12月至2015年6月收治的68例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为3D腹腔镜组(A组,n=35)与普通腹腔镜组(B组,n=33),患者均行腹腔镜全子宫切除术。观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口缝合时间、术后并发症、首次排气时间、住院时间及临床疗效。结果:两组患者均无中转开腹,术后症状缓解情况、肌瘤复发率、并发症、术后首次排气时间及住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组手术时间、术中出血量、子宫壁缝合时间均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:3D腹腔镜是传统腹腔镜技术的进步,实现了精确操作,使缝合技术简单容易,降低了手术难度,缩短了手术时间,无明显并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the application of 3D laparoscopy in gynecological operation for uterine fibroid. Methods:Sixty-eight patients with uterine fibroid admitted to hospital from Dec. 2014 to Jun. 2015 were selected as study subjects. The 68 patients were randomly divided into 3D laparoscopic operation group( group A,n = 35) and common laparoscopic operation group( group B,n =33). All patients received laparoscopic complete hysterectomy. The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,incision suture time,postoperative complications,time of first flatus,hospital stay and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results: Neither group received conversion to open surgery during operation. The differences of postoperative symptom remission,myoma recurrence,complication,time of first flatus and hospital stay between the two groups were not statistically significant( P 0. 05). The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,suture time of uterine wall in group A were significantly lower in group B( P 0. 05). Conclusions: 3D laparoscopy is an improvement upon traditional laparoscopy. 3D laparoscopy achieves precise operation,simplifies suture technique,reduces operation difficulty,shortens operation duration and has no significant postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application in gynecology.
