摘　　要：目的总结近几年来micro RNA(mi RNA)在胃癌发生发展过程中所起的重要作用。方法查阅近年来国内外与胃癌发生发展过程有关的mi RNA文献并作综述。结果 mi RNA通过结合与胃癌相关的调控基因或m RNA,使目的 m RNA表达沉默,从而影响胃癌的发生发展。结论 mi RNAs的异常表达与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,起着抑癌或者致癌的作用。Objective To summarize the recent years＇ researches of the role of micro RNAs（mi RNAs） in gastric cancer. Methods Domestic and international publications related to mi RNAs biological functions and its role in gastric cancer in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results Mi RNAs are binded to some target m RNAs which are related to gastric cancer, then result in these m RNAs silence and target-genes abnormal expression. Conclusions Mi RNAs play a crucial role in tumorigenesis and development of gastric cancer, and act as a oncogene or anti-oncogene in gastric cancer.
