摘  要:目的研究民族药飞龙掌血Toddalia asiatica Lam.的止血活性及其作用机理。方法采用小鼠出血时间和凝血时间作为测定指标,进行飞龙掌血提取物止血药的效学研究;连续给药3周后,测定大鼠血液凝集参数和血小板形态等指标,继而阐明其止血作用机理。结果飞龙掌血氯仿层提取物为最佳止血活性部位,给药大鼠血液的凝血酶时间显著缩短,纤维蛋白原含量显著增加(P<0.05),血小板数目显著增加,血小板形态发生延展,部分生出伪足。结论通过增加纤维蛋白原含量、促进内源性凝血途径和改变血小板形态数目可能是飞龙掌血发挥止血活性的主要作用机理。OBJECTIVE To investigate the hemostatic activities and mechanism of Toddalia asiatica( L.) Lam. extracts. METHODS The hemostatic activities of T. asiatica extracts were investigated by determining the bleeding time and coagulant time of mice.Blood coagulation parameters of the rats,including PT,APTT,TT,FIB and platelet morphology,were tested after treatment with the chloroform fraction of T. asiatica extracts for 3 weeks. RESULTS The chloroform layer was found to be the most active fraction with hemostatic activity. TT was significantly shortened and FIB significantly increased( P〈0. 05). Meanwhile,the platelet number has increased and the morphology has changed by extension and pseudopodium formation. CONCLUSION Increasing fibrinogen levels,promoting the endogenous coagulation pathway and increasing the platelet number may be the main mechanism of hemostatic activity of T. asiatica extracts.
