Effects of Potassium Fertilizer on the Related Enzymes Activity of Starch Synthesis in Tubers of High Starch Potato Varieties

摘  要:以东北地区选育的2个高淀粉马铃薯品种东农310和克新22号为试验材料,研究不同施钾量对高淀粉马铃薯品种块茎形成过程中淀粉合成相关酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着生育期的推进,不同施钾量处理马铃薯品种东农310和克新22号块茎中的腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶(AGPase)、颗粒凝结性淀粉合成酶(GBSS)、可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)、淀粉分支酶(SBE)都呈现先增加、达到峰值后又开始下降的单峰曲线变化。增施钾肥对东农310和克新22号块茎淀粉合成中AGPase和GBSS活性影响比较大,而对SSS和SBE的活性影响较小。The effects of different potassium levels on the starch synthesis enzymes in the tuber development of high starch potato varieties were studied with new high-starch varieties Kexin 22 and Dongnong 310 in Northeastern China. The results showed that with the development of growth stage,the potato tuber under different levels of potassium fertilizer,adenosine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphorylase(AGPase),granule bound starch synthase(GBSS),soluble starch synthase(SSS),starch branching enzyme(SBE) showed a change of firstly increasing,reaching the maximum value then declining after a single peak. Effects of adding potassium fertilizer on the activity of AGPase and GBSS were relatively large in the starch synthesis of Dongnong 310 and Kexin 22 tubers,and the influence to SBE and SSS was small.
