原发性胃癌患者术后疲劳综合征的药物治疗方案研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性胃癌患者术后疲劳综合征的药物治疗方案。方法选取住院接受治疗的100例胃癌术后患者,分为实验和对照组各50例组。实验组患者采取磷酸肌酸钠药物治疗方案,对照组患者采取相同体积的生理盐水注射治疗。记录两组患者实验数据,比较两组结果,并进行统计学分析。结果两组患者的体质量、三头肌皮褶厚度(Triceps skinfold,TSF)、上臀肌围(Gluteal muscle circumference,AMC)、血清总蛋白(Total protein,TP)和前白蛋白(Prealbumin,PA)水平均具有显著差异,实验组患者手术后1、3、5天的(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分优于对照组,实验组患者治疗的有效率为88.0%,对照组患者治疗的有效率为64.0%。以上各项指标均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠药物治疗方案对原发性胃癌患者术后疲劳综合征的治疗具有重要意义。磷酸肌酸钠可以提高患者术后体质量、TSF、AMC、TP和PA水平,患者术后VSA评分也明显降低,可明显提高患者治疗有效率,可在临床广泛应用。Objective To explore drug treatment of postoperative fatigue syndrome patients with primary gastric cancer.Methods 100 postoperative gastric cancer patients were divided the patients into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was treated with creatine phosphate sodium drug treatment and control group patients with the same volume of physiological saline injection.The experimental data were observed.Results Two groups of patients′body quality,TSF,AMC,TP and PA levels had significant differences.The experimental group patients after surgery,1day,3days after operation,postoperative 5days of VSA score were better than that of control group.The treatment effective rate of experimental group and control group were 88.0% and 64.0%（P〈0.05）.Before the treatment,the clinical indexes of experimental group and control group did not have significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium drug therapy for treatment of patients with primary gastric cancer postoperative fatigue syndrome is of great significant.Creatine phosphate sodium can improve the quality of patients with postoperative body,decrease TSF,AMC,TP and PA level.
