摘　　要：随着经济全球化速度的加快,农业产业不断升级,新时代对农业人才质量的要求提高,培养高技能农业人才已成为一个世界性的话题。笔者结合云南省实际,分析了农业人才培养面临的机遇与挑战,从教学缺少创新性,校企合作对接不紧密,办学特色不突出3个方面探讨了农业人才培养的滞后性。重点论述了未来高技能农业人才培养途径,强调要以人为本,创新教学理念,建立完善的校企合作制度,突出本校办学特色,加强实验多学科交叉性与完整性,并采取全程导师制的教学模式。通过对农业人才实践技能提升策略的研究,期望能够对新型优质农业人才的培养建言献策。With the rapid growth of economic globabzation, agricultural industry is continuously upgraded; higher requirements are needed for the quality of agricultural talents in the new era. Cultivating highly skilled agricultural talents has become a worldwide topic. Based on the practical situation of Yunnan Province, opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of agricultural talents were analyzed. The hysteretie nature of cultivating agricultural talents was discussed from three aspects, including the lack of teaching innovation, the unclose university-enterprise coop- eration, and the not prominent school-running characteristics. The cultivation approaches of high-skilled agricultural talents in future were mainly discussed, such as the ＂people oriented＂, innovating the education teaching idea, establishing the improved system of university-enterprise cooperation, emphasizing the characteristics of colleges and universities, strengthening subject overlapping, and adopting the teaching mode of whole course mentor system. Improvement strategies for the practice skills of agricultural talents were researched in order to provide suggestions for the cultivation of new-type high-quabty agricultural talents.
