摘　　要：汽车前轮定位参数是影响前轮异常磨耗的重要因素,通过对汽车前轮定位中的前轮外倾和前轮前束影响轮胎异常磨损机理的分析,提出了基于轮胎特性合理匹配前束值的计算方法,分析了样车轮胎磨损的原因。侧滑试验证明:只有基于最小侧滑量值调整前束值才能理想匹配前轮前束和前轮外倾,达到车辆行驶时前轮磨损最小的目的。Automobile front wheel alignment parameter is an important factor that influences the abnormal wear of front wheels.Based on the analysis of the influence of camber and toe in front wheel alignment on the abnormal wear of tires,the calculation method of reasonably matching toe value based on tyre characteristics is proposed,the causes of vehicle tire wear are analyzed.Sideslip test proves that only adjusting the toe based on minimum sideslip could match the toe and camber ideally,and achieve the goal of minimum abrasion of front wheels when the vehicle is running.
