摘 要:针对花生联合收获机在收获时振动筛尾部易堵塞问题,设计了振动筛尾部强制排秧机构。该机构能够将随着振动筛的振动而被向后排的花生秧等杂质及时排出振动筛,从而解决了振动筛后部易堵的问题。与传统的花生联合收获机振动筛相比,最大的不同是在其振动筛尾部设计了强制排秧机构,该机构消耗功率少、可靠性高,能迅速有效地将振动筛尾部的花生秧等杂质及时排出振动筛,从而省掉一个负责收获时跟在收获机后面监视后部情况,防止振动筛尾部发生堵塞的人工,从而提高了收获效率,降低了人工成本和劳动强度。To solve the clogging problem at vibration sieve tail during harvesting by peanut combine harvester,the forced discharge seedling mechanism for vibration sieve tail is designed; the mechanism is able to discharge the impurities such as peanut seedlings out of vibrating screen timely which are moved backward with the vibration of the vibrating screen,and therefore solve the problem of easy blocking at the back of vibrating screen. Compared with the traditional peanut combine harvester vibration sieve,the biggest difference is,the forced discharge seedling mechanism,which consumes less power but with higher reliability,can promptly and effectively discharge the peanut seedlings and other impurities out of the vibration sieve,and so saves a labor that is responsible to monitor the working at the back of the harvester,and to prevent the clogging of vibrating screen along the tail,in this way to improve the efficiency of the harvest,reduce the labor cost and labor intensity.
