摘  要:运用改进的无规元素等位移模型和玻恩-黄近似,结合电磁场的麦克斯韦方程和边界条件,研究了三元混晶三层薄膜系统的表面和界面声子极化激元.以Ⅲ-Ⅴ族和Ⅱ-Ⅵ族三元混晶三层薄膜系统为例,获得了表面和界面声子极化激元模的色散关系以及表面模和界面模的频率随三元混晶组分和薄膜厚度的变化关系.结果表明,由于表面和界面数量的增加,与三元混晶量子阱和双层薄膜系统不同,在Al_xGa_(1-x)As/GaAs/Al_xGa_(1-x)As和ZnSe/Zn_xCd_(1-x)Se/ZnSe三层薄膜系统中分别存在十支和八支表面和界面模,且三元混晶的组分和薄膜厚度变化时,表面和界面声子极化激元模的频率随之呈非线性变化,其色散曲线也很好地表征了三元混晶的"单模"和"双模"性.Surface and interface phonon-polaritons in trilayer systems of polar ternary mixed crystals are investigated with the modified random-element-isodisplacement model and the BornHuang approximation,based on the Maxwell's equations with the usual boundary conditions.The numerical results of the surface and interface phonon-polariton frequencies as functions of the wavevector,composition xand thickness of slabs in trilayer systems of Ⅲ-Ⅴ and Ⅱ-Ⅵ polar ternary mixed crystals are obtained and discussed.It is shown that different from the quantum well and bilayer systems of ternary mixed crystals,there are respectively ten and eight branches of surface and interface phonon-polariton modes in AlxGa1-xAs/GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs and ZnSe/ZnxCd1-xSe/ZnSe trilayer systems because of the increase of the numbers of surfaces and interfaces,and the surface and interface modes non-linear change in frequency with the composition and thickness of slabs.The effects of"one mode"and"two mode"behaviors of ternary mixed crystals are shown in the dispersion curves.
