摘　　要：基于专利竞赛理论,从行业内不同企业之间策略互动的角度,对不同行业的专利竞赛类型进行描述性分析,并借鉴空间计量方法,构建竞争距离权重矩阵,运用空间滞后模型分析并检验了不同行业中,同行企业间的R&D投资策略互动性及其行业异质性,以及同行企业间的专利信息披露对R&D投资的影响及其行业异质性。Describes three typical types of patent race of different industries, basing on the patent race theory, from the perspectives of the strategic interaction between peer companies in a certain industry. Then borrowing the spatial econometric approaches, calculating the competitive-distance weight matrix, using the spatial lag model, empirically analyzes and tests the strategic interaction of peer companies＇ R＆D investment and its industry heterogeneity, the impact of peer companies＇ patent information disclosure on R＆D investment and its industry heterogeneity
