摘　　要：文中分析了MasterCAM软件2D零件加工优点,确定了其自动编程实现流程,以一种门机壳零件数控加工为实例,研究制定了数控车削加工工艺,运用MasterCAM软件车削编程功能进行了零件的数控加工编程,确定了合理的刀具轨迹生成策略,生成了数控加工程序,零件实际生产结果表明数控加工程序正确合理,对MasterCAM在车削加工编程中的应用具有指导意义。This paper analyzes the advantages of 2D parts processing of Master CAM software. Taking the automatic programming process of a door casing parts NC machining for instance, NC turning processing technology is formulated.Turning programming functions of Master CAM software are used in NC programming of parts. Reasonable tool path generation strategy is determined. NC program is generated. Actual production results show that the NC program is reasonable and has reference for application in Master CAM turning programming.
