摘　　要：目的在于讨论纵隔淋巴管瘤的诊断及治疗方式,通过总结我院单孔胸腔镜手术治疗后纵隔淋巴管瘤的治疗过程,发现纵膈淋巴管瘤的术前诊断困难,往往在术中或术后才能明确,且通过单孔胸腔镜技术解决后纵隔淋巴管瘤有创伤小,出血少,术后恢复快等优点。The study aims to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of mediastinal lymphangioma. By summing up the therapeutic process of mediastinal lymphangioma in our hospital,by single-port video-assisted thoracoscopy. We find pre-operative diagnosis of mediastinal lymphangioma is difficult,but definite diagnosis is always in the intraoperative or postoperative process. Meanwhile,the advantages of single-port video-assisted thoracoscopy are less trauma,less bleeding and faster recovery and so on.
