摘  要:为了同时分析电路板上的电场耦合与磁场耦合,提出一种新的不平衡共模电路模型。基于电路板上信号传输的不平衡性,分析异模信号转化为共模电流和电压的过程,从而将电路中的异模源替换为等效共模源,降低建模和计算的复杂度。为了保证模型的通用性,对短路和开路两种特殊电路进行分析和建模。最终的实际测试结果表明,不平衡共模电路模型计算结果与实际测试结果最大误差为5d BμV/m,能够满足实际电路设计需要。For the purpose of estimating electromagnetic radiation on printed circuit boards, a novel imbalance common - mode model is brought forward. Based on the imbalance of signal transmission on printed circuit board, the process of differential - mode signal converting into common - mode current and voltage is analyzed. Then the differential - mode sources in circuit are replaced by equivalent common - mode excitations, which can significantly reduce the complexity of modeling and calculating. In order to guarantee the validity of this model, modeling of two special circuits which are short circuit and open circuit is discussed. Finally, the practical test result shows that the maximum error between imbalance common - mode model calculation and test result is 5dBμV/m, which indicates that the imbalance common- mode model can fulfill the demands of circuit design.
