硫氧还蛋白还原酶在非小细胞肺癌中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨硫氧还蛋白还原酶-1(TrxR1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达。方法免疫组化法检测45例NSCLC中TrxR1的表达并做相关分析。结果 TrxR1在肺癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织,差异有显著性(P<0.05),在低分化组织中表达高于中高分化组织,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在有淋巴结转移组中表达高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 TrxR1在NSCLC中高表达提示肿瘤预后不良。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of reductase thioredoxin（ TrxR1） in 45 cases of non small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods The expression of TrxR1 in 45 cases of NSCLC was detected by immunohistochemical method and analyzed. Results The expression of TrxR1 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The positive expression of TrxR1 in well-differentiated tissue was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated tissues（ P〈0. 05）. In the lymph node metastasis,the expression of TrxR1 was higher than that of the non lymph node metastasis group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion TrxR1 in NSCLC tumors with high expression indicates a poor prognosis.
