摘  要:目的分析厦门地区尿碘含量与甲状腺结节患病率的关系。方法采用分层整群抽样法,对277名年龄20~69岁的厦门市海边、海岛、山区居民进行甲状腺检查和尿碘检测,并进行统计分析。结果甲状腺结节患病率48.4%(134/277),海岛55.6%(55/99)、海边50.0%(42/84)和山区39.7%(37/94),三者差异无统计学意义;女性患病率(54.8%)高于男性(40.2%);患病率随年龄增长而上升。尿碘中位数175.20μg/L,海岛241.40μg/L〉海边173.25μg/L〉山区129.35μg/L;甲状腺结节病例组与正常组比较,尿碘(中位数)差异无统计学意义。结论厦门地区人群尿碘水平处于适宜水平,未发现居民尿碘水平与甲状腺结节患病率存在明显关系,甲状腺结节患病率与性别和年龄相关。Objective To explore the relationship between growth differentiation factor 9(GDF-9)and bone morphogenetic protein 15(BMP-15)in human granulosa cells and ovarian response to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.Methods Real-time PCR was applied to detect the levels of GDF-9and BMP-15 mRNA collected from 147 cases who underwent IVF(in-vitro fertilization)/ICSI(intracytoplasmic sperm injection).The cases were stimulated with a long gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)protocol during luteal phase.The relationship was analyzed between GDF-9,BMP-15 mRNA levels and ovarian response to gonadotropin.Results The level of GDF-9mRNA in granulosa cells was highest in high responders and lowest in poor responders.BMP-15 mRNA was significantly higher in poor response group than that in the other two groups.The numbers of retrieved oocytes were positively correlated with GDF-9mRNA level(r=0.662)and negatively correlated with BMP-15 mRNA level.The patient's age,antral follicle cout and GDF-9mRNA level were main influencing factors of high ovarian response by logistic regression analysis(OR=2.57,0.11,0.39).Conclusion The expression of GDF-9and BMP-15 in granulosa cells may affect ovarian response in COH cycles.
